Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kuxetu. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our photo booth rental and event services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Kuxetu provides professional photo booth rental and maintenance services for events. Our services include delivery, setup, operation, and collection of photo booth equipment at your specified event location.

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit payment. All bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Service Scope

• Professional photo booth equipment setup and operation
• Trained attendant for the duration of the rental period
• Props and accessories as specified in your package
• Digital copies of all photographs taken
• Technical support throughout the event

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of services.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard coverage area.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The following cancellation fees apply:

1. More than 60 days before event: Deposit forfeited, no additional charges
2. 30-60 days before event: 50% of total booking fee
3. Less than 30 days before event: 100% of total booking fee

We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure, or illness. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Adequate space for photo booth setup (minimum 3m x 3m)
• Access to standard electrical power outlet within 5 meters
• Safe and level ground surface for equipment placement
• Reasonable access to the venue for setup and collection
• Accurate event details including timing and location

4.1 Venue Requirements

Clients must ensure the venue permits photo booth services and obtain any necessary permissions. Kuxetu is not responsible for venue-related restrictions or additional fees imposed by the venue.

5. Liability and Insurance

Kuxetu maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

5.1 Equipment Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests or venue conditions beyond normal wear and tear. Any damage must be reported immediately to our attendant on site.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs taken during the event remain the property of Kuxetu. We grant clients a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes. Kuxetu reserves the right to use event photographs for marketing and promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics. Alternative arrangements will be discussed in good faith.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Client data is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

Kuxetu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
